Notice RE: Pacer Fee Increase Effective 04/01/12


Debit Card Payments Accepted Through Effective March 1, 2012

Effective March 1, 2012, the United States Bankruptcy Court for
the Eastern District of Pennsylvania will accept payments by debit card
via the system for documents filed electronically which require a filing fee.

Debit Cards will not be accepted for payments of fees submitted in-person
at the clerk's office locations in Philadelphia, PA and Reading, PA.


Notice RE: Pacer Access Restriction


The court receives many undeliverable Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs). This may be due to user email boxes
which are full or as a result of filtering devices used by an internet provider. Please open and save all "free look" documents,
then delete the email to keep your email channel open. The "free look" time period expires
after fifteen (15) days. Questions regarding email filtering should be directed to your internet provider.


This Is a Reminder That You must Select the Appropriate Event Code
For Each Motion/application That You File in the CM/ECF System

Do Not Use the Following Event Codes Unless the Caption of Your
Document Is So Unique That No Other Event Code Option Is Available:
